Once an order is place, we will strive to process the order as fast as possible. Should we for some unforeseen reason are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted in due time. By mean of email, you will be kept informed on the order process. In case of questions, you can ask them by means of the contact form, email or by telephone.
Sent with PostNL and delivery time
Deliveries are done by PostNL, the Dutch postal service company. Shipment handed over to PostNL are in general delivered in 24 hours, also on Saturday. Deliveries are offered in general twice to the recipient. In case no delivery is possible, you will be notified through the Track And Trace status and notification slip sheet in the mail box for the next delivery attempt. In case no delivery is possible, the delivery will be made available at nearest post office or PostNL businesspoint. The parcel with your order remains available for three weeks. Should within this period no claim is made for the parcel, it will be sent back.
Track & Trace
Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email by email. In this email a barcode will be provided with a link that enable you to follow the progress of your delivery. This barcodes begins with 2S or 3S and contains a combination of letters and numbers. This barcode can be inserted on the following website without spaces:
This can be complete with the postal code of the delivery address. This should allow you to obtain an indication of the current status of the delivery together with the estimated delivery window.
The shipping cost are the costs that are applied by PostNL for delivery. These Shipment cost are determined based on the total amount and measurements for the total amount of items in the order. A cost break down will be provided in the order process.
For shipments in the Netherlands, the follow rates apply, based on the total order weight.

All orders are shipped with insurance and with signature for delivery.
International shipment is available upon request.
Pickup in Store
When the order is finalized, you can also opt for in in-store pickup at our store based at Jodenbreestaat 94 in Amsterdam. As we may not have all products in stock, it is recommended to place your order before visiting our shop. In order to select this option, please select Pick up in-store in the order page. Your order will be prepared, and once it is available for pick-up, you will receive an email.
